David Jamieson,
Senior Supply Chain Expert

David Jamieson is an experienced public health sector procurement and supply chain expert and has worked for major international development donors and developing country governments for 30 years. A highly motivated self-starter, David was Deputy Director for Program Planning and Global Partnerships with the PEPFAR-funded Supply Chain Management Project (SCMS) and a senior health supply chain adviser for Crown Agents until February 2017.  SCMS managed a major global supply chain of essential HIV/AIDS commodities with an annual procurement turnover of over US$350 million.

Dr Brian Agbiriogu is a medical doctor who has an MBA in Global Business and Advanced Data Use and Visualization.  His integration of clinical medical experience with health informatics and public health was borne out of the realization that health informatics/public health/data-driven approaches to health problem are usually effective.  Systemic and data driven approaches to public health efforts complement clinical care, improve efficiencies, reduce waste in healthcare/health service delivery and are more sustainable.

Pharmacist Supply Chain Expert

Albert Kalangwa has been executed marketing and operations, warehousing, distribution and supply planning through a national supply chain and is currently as valued member of GHL's Supply Chain Team. Albert has worked as a Quality Assurance Officer and Pharmacist-in-Charge in Uganda, and has monitored and controlled the quality assurance of the procurement process of health and pharmaceutical goods that have been in line with WHO, NDA, and NMS standard guidelines.

John Bosco Asiimwe, PhD
Statistician

Asiimwe John Bosco has a doctorate and master’s in Statistics from Makerere University, Uganda and has a Certificate in Impact Evaluation awarded by the University of Witwatersrand University of South Africa.  He has been Principal Investigator (PI) on a Harvard and University of California funded impact evaluation study “Working with Village Health Teams to Increase ORS Use in Uganda: A Randomized Controlled Trial” and  worked as a statistician on vaccination coverage surveys funded by the World Health organization. Caitlyn Bradburn, MPH has been working as a public health professional for 20 years and 15 of those years have been on a global scale. She is a master trainer and holds a Masters in Public Health and works on food and nutrition programs for Native Americans on US reservatuibs. She was back stop on the USAID | DELIVER project technical development activities for supply chain strengthening for public health in in Malawi, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, and Madagascar.

Amy S. Meyers is a proven problem solver at the highest level with cross-sector healthcare consulting and management experience that has proven to be quite an asset for GHL's Supply Chain Team. She has held leadership roles in market shaping, business development, procurement, strategic sourcing, and relationship management. She was Director at the Global Tender Center of Excellence (CoE), Emerging Markets Marketing Operations and Senior Director, Manufacturing and Supply Initiatives.  She brings with her a variety of experiences that includes overseeing the Pediatric and Second-line HIV/AIDS Treatment projects, which covered 37 countries and 520,000 patients.
