Supply Chain Management

Amy S. Meyers received her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology at Cambridge. She is a proven problem solver at the highest level with cross-sector healthcare consulting and management experience that has proven to be quite an asset for GHL’s Supply Chain Team. She has held leadership roles in market shaping, business development, procurement, strategic sourcing, and relationship management. She was Director at the Global Tender Center of Excellence (CoE), Emerging Markets Marketing Operations and Senior Director, Manufacturing and Supply Initiatives.  She brings with her a variety of experiences that includes overseeing the Pediatric and Second-line HIV/AIDS Treatment projects, which covered 37 countries and 520,000 patients. She also championed new partnerships with UNICEF: HIV POC Diagnostics and was accountable for over 40 professional FTEs across CHAI’s technical, programmatic and country teams.

While working with Merck & Co as Director of CoE, Emerging Markets, she was responsible for in-market capability building, big data initiatives and partnerships. She served as Senior Director for the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), and was Senior Director for UNITAID Programs and partnership. She worked to expand reslationships toward strategic impact.

While at Medco Health Solutions, she developed integrated product positioning to align with client needs, established a supply-side analytic partnership to strengthen the value proposition and reporting tools. And she managed a new pharmacy product launch, resulting in over $500 MM in inbound RFPs.  She was the Principal/Partner, Boutique supply chain analytics consulting and is now an advisor to Global Health Liaisons.
